Extraordinary Month of Mission "Baptised and Sent"

 

This Sunday - Mission Sunday - is again an opportunity to engage with the theme of the Extraordinary Month "Baptised and Sent" praying for Missionaries abroad and thanking God for those who have passed on the faith to us here in Ireland both international Missionaries and our own parents, teachers and religious leaders.
 
As you know the Mission Sunday collection will be brought up this weekend.  Please assure your parishioners that this collection is returned directly to the Pontifical Missionary Society (the Holy Father's Mission Charity) through World Missions Ireland (www.wmi.ie). Please offer heartfelt thanks to those who so generously continue to support the Mission of the Church globally.
